The family of devices using saturated steam as the sterilization medium,clothing,dressings,equipment,media and glassware items for sterilization and dry. The equipment in strict accordance with the national GMP standard reguirements,the whole process of the sterilization temperature, pressurè testing and real-time printing,can be traced throughout the sterilization process. Widely used in the unit of the hospital supply room and operating rooms, pharmaceutical plants,laboratories, scientific research articles for disinfection and sterilization purposes.

STUCTURE&CAPABILITY&CHARACTERISTICS
The main body is composed of two inner and outer layers, the inner tank is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the jacket is made of Q345R high-quality special steel plate for pressure vessel, which is automatically welded and formed once. All stainless steel wire drawing board decorative cover. With standard GMP verification interface, it is convenient for users to verify the equipment at any time.
The control system adopts German Siemens PLC, touch screen and micro printer system. The control system is stable and the control temperature is accurate. And have perfect data record, print and save.
The pipeline system adopts the optimal configuration of ASCO pneumatic valve and Nassim vacuum pump.
It can be equipped with pressure maintaining inactivation system and inactivation tank inactivation system that meet the requirements of PIV and PV laboratories.
Equipment procedure includes B.D test procedure.
