Intended Use:One Step H. Pylori Antigen Test(Colloidal Gold) is an in vitro qualitative immunochromato- graphic assay for the rapid detection of Transferrin (TF) in feces.The test provides an aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection and is to be used by health care professionals only .
Principle of the Procedure:The test is based on the principle of double antibody sandwich immunoassay for the determination of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) antigen in human feces.Anti-H.Pylori Monoclonal antibody 1, anti-H.Pylori Monoclonal antibody 2,anti-rabbit polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify HP antigen specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15 minutes.Test results are read visually without any instrument.
