Features
The film consists of a supporting film base (85%-95% by weight, and the main component is PET), a thermal-sensitive layer (polyvinyl alcohol, color agent, additives) and a normal bottom protective layer. The film has the characteristics of low fog, high definition, high density, bright color tone, and convenient use.
Thickness (mm): ≥0.2
Fog density (D.): ≤0.08
Maximum density (Dmax): ≥3.0
Application
Used for hard copy image output of medical imaging equipment such as radiology, CT, and MRI
Usage
Use with professional printers, suitable for a variety of medical image processing, connect to the medical workstation system. Take the whole box of film out of the packaging box, remove the outer packaging film, with the bottom facing up and the gap facing back, and put it into the film slot of the imaging device for use.
Storage Conditions
1. Temperature: 10°C-25°C in a cool, dry, no radiation and no X-ray place
2. Humidity: relative humidity 30%-60%
3. Stacking type: it should be stored upright to avoid adverse effects due to pressure
4. Gas: Acid and alkaline gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, and formaldehyde are not allowed in the storage room
Notice
1. Please use it as soon as possible after opening the film.
2. Avoid bending, friction, pressure and impact to avoid film creases, scratches and cracks on the imaging film surface.
3. Avoid storage under high temperature and high humidity conditions to avoid film adhesion causing the imaging film surface to fall off, and imaging cannot be performed.
4. Avoid storage in a low-humidity environment to avoid electrostatic marks on the film; avoid handling the film with wet hands to avoid film adhesion and damage to the imaging film.
5. Avoid using at high temperature to avoid changes in optical density and discoloration of the image.
6. Avoid long-term use of high-luminance instruments or spotlights to watch the film, so as to avoid changes in optical density and changes in image color.
